This Tojiro 220/1000 sharpening stone is ideal for sharpening your Tojiro knives. The 220 grit (green side) is suitable for the re-setting the fold on a knife. The white 1000-side gets your knife really sharp. It comes with a handy base that has non-slip feet. It lifts the stone a little so your knuckles won’t graze the surface you are working on.
